A good day starts the previous night

So yesterday I had almost perfected my night routine. And I was surprised how much it impacted the next day. It is a whole vibe in fact. Firstly, stop rushing. Just feel your activities a little more. Put on some music. Light some essence and candles. Freshen up, indulge in some self-care, nothing extensive, just clean up and moisturize. Prep for your meals the next day, a good breakfast is always a good idea. Set out your workout clothes the previous day, this will ensure you don't get lazy and skip in the morning. Set out your work clothes the previous day. Even if you still have a hybrid structure, make an effort to look good. It makes a huge difference. If you are like most people, you probably have a corporate job. Make time for a hobby, anything that you like. Even if it is just a few minutes. This might seem like a small thing, but it will literally save you, it helps you thrive. Tidy up before you sleep, nothing worse than waking up to a chaotic house. And most importantly, just relax. You cannot get every single thing right. So instead of 7 if you get 6 hours of sleep, don't beat yourself up. Strive to get 7 but it's okay if you don't. You are not a robot. Alright, hopping on to my hobby now.
