Gentle reminder!

There is so much that we all are trying to do in life. We know it all but little reminders always help. Here are a few I gave myself today and some other random ones that come to mind:
  • Release the frown lines on your forehead.
  • Relax your shoulders.
  • Take a deeep breath.
  • Set the intention for your day consciously each morning. It changes the course of your day!
  • Especially when you don't feel like it, workout.
  • Put the sword down, you don't have to be mad at every single thing that doesn't go your way. 
  • Drink water. (Literally had a sip as I typed this)
  • Make time for a hobby, even if it is just a few minutes everyday.
  • Passion is not a thing, it is a feeling. Hence you can bring it to any task at hand.
  • Show up. Sometime your 100% looks like 100%, sometimes even your 10% is 100% for the day and that is normal.
  • Tidy up (Read the previous blog for more!)
  • Sleep. 
  • Hold yourself in high regard. You don't have to stoop to anyone's level. Let people rise up to your standards.
  • You don't have to make the perfect decisions at all times. Try to optimize it as much as you can.
  • Instead of ruminating about making the right decision, make the decision and then make it right.
  • Life is super fragile, you know the rest.
  • Ask for what you need, pray.
  • Stop slouching.

There are so many more that come to mind, but that's all for today. Probably we can do a part 2 of this sometime again.
