Gentle reminder!
There is so much that we all are trying to do in life. We know it all but little reminders always help. Here are a few I gave myself today and some other random ones that come to mind:
- Release the frown lines on your forehead.
- Relax your shoulders.
- Take a deeep breath.
- Set the intention for your day consciously each morning. It changes the course of your day!
- Especially when you don't feel like it, workout.
- Put the sword down, you don't have to be mad at every single thing that doesn't go your way.
- Drink water. (Literally had a sip as I typed this)
- Make time for a hobby, even if it is just a few minutes everyday.
- Passion is not a thing, it is a feeling. Hence you can bring it to any task at hand.
- Show up. Sometime your 100% looks like 100%, sometimes even your 10% is 100% for the day and that is normal.
- Tidy up (Read the previous blog for more!)
- Sleep.
- Hold yourself in high regard. You don't have to stoop to anyone's level. Let people rise up to your standards.
- You don't have to make the perfect decisions at all times. Try to optimize it as much as you can.
- Instead of ruminating about making the right decision, make the decision and then make it right.
- Life is super fragile, you know the rest.
- Ask for what you need, pray.
- Stop slouching.
There are so many more that come to mind, but that's all for today. Probably we can do a part 2 of this sometime again.
